The EverGrain Collection features Envision's original composite decking boards available in both 1x6 and 2x6 composite lumber options, ideal for residential and commercial applications with heavy foot traffic. Like all Envision collections, EverGrain boards are resistant to staining, splintering, cracking, insects, and rot. Once installed, there's no worrying about sanding, staining, sealing, or splinters.
As with any composite product, color variations will occur. Colors will typically weather to a lighter shade within the first several months of exposure to the environment.

Composite Decking FAQ
Is composite decking hard to install?
Envision composite decking is not hard to install. Boards are finished products you won't need to cut around imperfections like you do with traditional wood. Installation is consistent across all four Envision collections since they all share the same dimensions and fasteners.
Why compression molding instead of extrusion?
Compression molding produces a denser, stronger bond between the cap and core than extrusion. It also allows for a deep, non-repeating grain to be pressed into each board giving it a more realistic wood look. It's a tried-and-true method that results in a finished product that stands the test of time.
Can I power wash Envision composite decking?
Yes. Use a power washer with less than 1,000 PSI at the nozzle, with a wide tip nozzle held at least 12 inches off the surface. Only a light cleaning is needed to keep Envision composite decking looking great.
How long does composite decking last?
On average, composite decking lasts 25 to 30 years, with a good chance of lasting even longer. Envision backs its premium collections with a 25-year residential warranty and an industry-leading 5-year full start period.
Can I mix colors from different collections?
Yes all Envision composite decking collections share the same dimensions and use the same fasteners, making it easy to combine colors from different collections on a single project for custom borders, inlays, or accents.
Why isn't Envision decking wrapped on all four sides?
Envision composite decking doesn't need to be wrapped on all four sides because of the quality of its EverGrain Core. While some manufacturers recommend sealing edges, Envision's core material is built to not require it maintaining performance and durability without the extra step.
